1. Who We Are

Apex Valence ("we", "the service") is a SaaS tool that helps small businesses detect unpaid invoices on their Stripe account and send automatic reminder emails. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

2. Data We Collect

• Account information: the email and password you provide at signup (passwords are stored hashed; we never see your plaintext password).
• Stripe connection info: when you connect your Stripe account, Stripe gives us a limited-scope access token and account ID.
• Invoice data: unpaid invoice amounts, due dates, and customer emails from your connected Stripe account — processed only for sending reminders.
• Reminder records: a log of which invoice received which reminder and when (so we never send the same reminder twice).

3. How We Use Your Data

We only use your data to run the service: detecting unpaid invoices, sending reminder emails, and showing you a dashboard. We never sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with ONLY the following four subprocessors when handling your data — no analytics, ad tracking, or other third-party data sharing tool is used anywhere in our codebase:

• Stripe — payment and invoice data processing
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Resend — sending reminder emails
• Vercel — application hosting

5. We Never Access Your Payment Details

We never have access to or store sensitive payment information such as card numbers or bank details. All payment processing happens directly within Stripe's infrastructure.

6. Deleting Your Data

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data anytime from the "Account" page. You can also revoke your Stripe connection anytime from your Stripe account settings.
