Apex Valence is a SaaS tool that connects to your Stripe account, detects unpaid invoices, and sends rule-based reminder emails. By accepting these terms, you agree to use the service for these purposes.
You are responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
To use the service you must connect your Stripe account via OAuth. This connection only allows us to read invoice data and send reminders on your behalf (unless you state otherwise). You can revoke this connection anytime.
The service automatically sends reminder emails to your customers based on rules you set (or the defaults). You are responsible for the content and timing of these emails; you can adjust the schedule from the settings page.
The service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for delays or errors caused by outages or issues in third-party services such as Stripe, Resend, or Supabase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The first 30 days are free. After that, billing depends on the plan you choose: a monthly plan fee plus a success fee only on invoices actually collected. Current plans are Starter ($0/month + 2%), Growth ($29/month + 1%), and Business ($79/month + 0.5%). You can change your plan from the settings page.
You may close your account anytime from the "Account" page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
